OLPD5911: Introduction to Human Resource Development

This course is a core requirement for the Mater in Learning and Talent Development (MLTD) degree program. This course introduces the primary foci of the MLTD program, presenting foundational and emerging concepts and theories within the field of Human Resource Development (HRD) and examining how they enhance learning and talent development in organizations. The primary focus of the theory and practice will be:
